Start converting your prospects into potential customers through Email, SMS, Messenger or more interactions to drive them to a successful close.

  1. Filter by Kind, Status, Tags
  2. List of Created Engage
  3. Click New Message

The Engage feature consists of three types of messages:

  1. Auto message
  2. Manual message
  3. Visitor auto message

Auto message

Send mass emails to your target customers automatically at scheduled time. The chosen segments for the customers will be updated automatically. You may pause your emails at any time.

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message-> Choose Channel

  1. Insert Title for Auto Message
  2. Choose Channel
  3. Click Next

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message-> Choose Channel->

  1. Choose Segment/Create Segment
  2. Number of customers
  3. Click Next

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message-> Choose Channel-> Compose your message

  1. Type your message
  2. Choose team member to send from
  3. Insert email subject
  4. Choose email template
  5. Attach files
  6. Set your schedule
  7. Set your month
  8. Set your day
  9. Set time
  10. Appearance of message
  11. Click Save to send

Manual Message

Main function of "Manual message" is to send mass message only once.

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message->Manual message->Choose Channel

  1. Insert Title for Manual Message
  2. Choose Channel
  3. Click Next

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message->Manual message->Choose Channel->Choose Segment

  1. Choose Segment
  2. Numbers of customer to receive manual message
  3. Click Next

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message->Manual message->Choose Channel->Choose Segment->Compose message

  1. Compose your message
  2. Choose Team member
  3. Insert Email subject
  4. Choose Email Template
  5. Attach Files
  6. Appearance of email
  7. Click Save

Sms message

To send message through SMS channel, you must have your phone numbers configured.

First, follow this guide to setup your phone number. Once your phone number is validated, you must setup an integration for your number.

The final step of SMS engage message is as the following.

1. Choose an integration. Active telnyx integrations with phone numbers will be shown in the options.

2. Write SMS title. When sending SMS to phone numbers outside of USA, this title text can be shown as the sender instead of a phone number. Within USA, the original number will be shown.

3. Write SMS body. It has 160 characters limit.


Visitor Auto message

Visitor Auto message is displayed for unregistered users who visits company’s integration.

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message->Visitor Auto message->Add Rule

  1. Title for Visitor Auto message
  2. Add rule for visitors
  3. Click Next

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Engage->New Message->Visitor Auto message->Add Rule->Compose your message

  1. Compose your message
  2. Write your message
  3. Select team member
  4. Choose brand
  5. Choose type to send auto message
  6. Appearance of auto message
  7. Click Save
