Initial Setup

Brands, Channels and Integrations are the key components of erxes platform.


Brands

A type of products or a particular company under a particular name. By creating a brand and channels, it enables you to analyze customers basic needs and the most unsolved questions asked through the certain brands and channels. Created Brands will be used in the following features: Team Inbox, Customers, Companies, and Leads

  • Please follow the next steps for setup: General Settings-> Brands > Create Brand
  1. Click Add button to create a brand
  2. Insert a Brand name
  3. Insert short description for the Brand
  4. Click Save

*It enables you to filter and analyze your customers and companies by created brands

Channels

Channel consists of typical brands specifically categorized by its type and activity. By creating a brand and channels, it enables you to analyze customers basic needs and the most unresolved questions asked through the certain brands and channels

  • Please follow the steps for setup: General Settings-> Channels> Create Channels
  1. Click Add button to create new channel
  2. Insert Channel Name
  3. Insert Channel Description
  4. Choose team members’ for the channel
  5. Save your created Channel

*You may filter and analyze customers and companies under a certain brand by channels

Integrations

Integration is a way of communicating with customers who are emerging into the organization website, Facebook, Twitter through erxes.io platform. Integration can be created on every brands' social media page. Thence, we would be able to track the percentage of customers who are emerging into the organizations Facebook page and website form. In this section, We will only demonstrate how to add web messenger integration for the sake of simplicity. But you can learn more about how to connect each integration from related sections.

  • Please follow the next steps for setup: General Settings->App Store > Add Messenger

  1. Click Add Messenger Integration
  2. Create Messenger for your website

Analyze how many percentage of your customers engage through messenger, form, and social accounts from the following features: Team Inbox and Customers


Setup integration for Brands

Step 1

  • Please follow the steps for setup: General Settings-> Brands > Create Brand->Integration settings
  1. Click Add button
  2. Click Manage Integration

Step 2

  • Please follow the next steps for setup: General Settings-> Brands > Create Brand->Integration settings
  1. Add Integration for the created Brand
  2. Added Integration for the Brand

Step 3

  • Please follow the steps for setup: General Settings-> Brands > Create Brand->Integration settings
  1. Integration list
  2. Added Integrations for the Brand
  3. Select the added Integration
  4. Insert the name of Integration
  5. Choose a Brand
  6. Save the Brand

Setup Integrations for Channels

Step 1

  • Please follow the next steps for setup: General Settings-> Channels> Create Channels-> Manage Integration
  1. Create New Channel
  2. Click Manage Integration

Step 2

  • Please follow the next steps for setup: General Settings-> Channels> Create Channels-> Manage Integration
  1. Add Integration for the created channel
  2. Added Integrations
  3. Delete the added Integration
  4. Save the Integration
