Filter

  1. Filter customer’s messages by Channels, Brands, Integrations, and Tags
  2. Filter customer’s messages by Date and Status

*In the following order you may analyze customers through brands and channels


  1. Assign conversation to team member

  2. Set Tags for the conversation

  3. Select Internal Note and mention team members

  4. Customer & Company details

*Internal note, mention your team members to discuss and solve problems. It will not be seen by the customers


Setup response template

Add in ready made response templates. Manage and edit your response templates according to each situation and respond in a timely manner and without the hassle.

  • Please follow the steps for setup: General Settings->App Store > Add Messenger

  1. Click New Response Template

  1. Choose your brand for Response Template
  2. Insert a name for Response Template
  3. Insert your content
  4. Save your created Response Template

*Create Response Template for the frequently asked questions by the customers

Setup tag

Tag means to categorize things into one abstract group. In other words, organizations can create and classify their own abstract categories. It can also classify every messages that is not restricted to clients.

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Certain Features ->Tags > Add Tag
  1. Tag will be used in main 5 features
  2. Add Tag for each features
  3. List of Created Tags
  4. Edit & Delete the Tag

*Created tags will be used in Team Inbox, Customers, Companies. Leads and Engage features


How to add tag

Click Add Tag on the top right corner of the certain feature you may want to add tag. You may create tags for each features

  • Please follow the steps for setup: Certain Features ->Tags > Add Tag

  1. Insert Name for a tag.
  2. Choose Color for the tag.
  3. Click Save.

*Tags can be created for each features
